Uzi - Gabriell
Uzi is a relatively obscure band whose only output was the Sleep Asylum EP released in 86. I’m always shocked that this particular release isn’t considered a classic amongst more music nerds - it takes the post hardcore vision of Mission of Burma but tightens all the loose ends with teeth and a healthy prevelence of sadness.

World Against World - The Hope of the Wicked has Become Dispair
These guys used to tour thru OKC back in the late 90’s. To this day they’re one of the most unique Hardcore bands I think I’ve ever heard. The few I encounter who remember this band seem to remember how stinky the dudes in it were. Warning: The title of this song is probably not meant to be ironic…
